Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call or end the call.
How we use information
We use call information to send a licensed plumber to your address, to answer questions about your service and to improve how our line works. We share your name, address and problem details with the plumber assigned to your job.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and displays maps from Google Maps. Those services may receive your IP address when the page loads and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Retention and security
We keep call records only as long as needed for service, quality review and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no system is completely secure.
