What we are, and what we are not
We answer the phone and send the right plumber. The plumbing work is done by licensed and insured plumbers in our network, who come to your home and give you a price before they start.
We do not ask you to create an account or wait for an email reply. If something is leaking, a phone call is faster, so that is the only way to reach us for service.
How a call works
Every call follows the same short path, whether it is 2 p.m. or 2 a.m.
- 1
You call the line
A dispatcher answers and asks for your address, what is happening and whether water or sewage is still flowing.
- 2
Safety first
If water is running, the dispatcher walks you through closing the main valve and staying clear of wet electrical areas.
- 3
A plumber is matched
Urgent problems are sent out right away. Problems that can wait are booked as same-day appointments when available.
- 4
Price before work
The plumber looks at the problem, explains the options and gives a clear price before work starts.
- 5
Permit and follow-up
If the job needs a permit under 248 CMR 3.00, the licensed plumber handles it with the Wareham Inspectional Services Department.

Call any hour. The line is staffed all day, every day, including holidays.
How to verify any plumber's license
You should never have to take a plumber's word for it. Massachusetts licenses plumbers and gas fitters through the Division of Professional Licensure, and the lookup is free and public.
- Go to mass.gov and search for Check an Occupational Board License (eLIPSE).
- Choose the Plumbers and Gas Fitters board.
- Enter the plumber's name or license number, which they should give you on request.
- Confirm that the license is current and matches the person who shows up.
This works for us and for any other company you consider. If a plumber cannot or will not give you a license number, that tells you something.
What a dispatch model means for you
A single company has a fixed number of trucks and a fixed schedule. A network of licensed plumbers lets the dispatcher look for whoever is open nearest your address, which is how same-day appointments become possible when a slot is available.
The trade-off is that the plumber who arrives may not be the one who came last time. That is why every job ends with a clear price agreed before work, and why we point you to the state license lookup instead of asking you to trust a brand name.
What we will not claim
You will not find review counts, star ratings or years in business on this site, because we would rather leave a gap than print a number we cannot prove. The same goes for awards and certifications.
What you can check yourself is the license, the permit and the price. Under 248 CMR 3.05 a permit has to be issued to a properly licensed individual before most plumbing work starts, so ask to see that it has been pulled for any larger job, whoever you hire.

Frequently asked questions
We are a dispatch network. Dispatchers take your call and send licensed plumbers to your home, and the plumber gives you the price and does the work.
Yes, licensed and insured. We do not publish license numbers on this page, so ask the plumber for theirs and check it on the state lookup described above.
Plumbing problems move fast, and a conversation lets the dispatcher ask the right questions and give safety steps right away. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Around the clock, seven days a week, including holidays. Urgent problems go out right away, and other requests are booked for the same day when a slot is open.
A dispatcher can describe the type of work and what usually changes the price. The actual price comes from the plumber after seeing the problem, and it is clear before work starts.
